Mechanical Ship Loaders

ZETA mechanical ship loaders are designed for continuous, high-capacity bulk loading, with special focus on operational reliability and environmental protection.

  • Loading capacity up to 3,000 t/h

  • Designed for rail-mounted or stationary configurations

  • Power supply via low or medium voltage

  • Wide reach inside vessel holds using:

    • Telescopic loading spouts

    • Rotating and luffing booms

Dust-Control Technology

ZETA integrates a dust-controlled loading head, allowing near dust-free material transfer through controlled flow and reduced conveyor speed. This significantly improves workplace safety and environmental compliance.

Pneumatic Ship Unloaders

ZETA designs and supplies pneumatic ship unloading systems for free-flowing and difficult bulk materials. These systems are optimized for flexibility, efficiency, and gentle product handling.

Flexiport Systems

Tower-Type Unloaders

Advanced Engineering Features

Automatic Suction Control

ZETA unloading nozzles include automatic air regulation, adjusting suction performance based on material type and operating conditions. This ensures stable flow and high average unloading rates.


Controlled Boom Lowering

Booms can be lowered to ground level, allowing:

  • Safe and efficient maintenance

  • Easy replacement of wear components

Auxiliary Lifting System
